    Our limited barrel aged stout, aged for three years in used bourbon barrels. Very complex, mingling flavors of umami, chocolate and coffee meld with the barrel notes

  • 2014 Palo Santo Marron

    An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree," and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.

  • 2016 Immort Ale

    For this beer, we use maple syrup from Red Brook Farm (Sam's family farm in Western Massachusetts), peat-smoked barley and vanilla. Immort is fermented with a blend of English and Belgian yeasts, then aged in the big oak tanks at the brewery. The sweet and earthy flavors meld magnificently in the Immort Ale.

    Barrel Aged Stout conditioned on vanilla beans from 5 different growing regions. Blended from 14 months to 18 months in Rye and Bourbon barrels.

    Barrel blended sour red ale, fermented with wild house yeasts, and lactobacillus for 12 months on local raspberries.

    This deep mahogany colored dark strong ale has the wonderful aromas of vanilla, dark fruit, and spicy oak. With cacao nibs, the chocolatey flavor is complimented by the date and oak undertones.
